I thought this turned out horribly at first- not getting enough light. When I took a second glance, I liked the way it turned out. So here we are. Sorry for missing a day or two, I was a little busy.

Edina track. Gusting wind, hail, snow, nor rain could keep us from running.

Fun with reflections. I guess this is kinnda cheating- especially since they were only 7.50, but photofriday for "Fancy".

Friday morning on the way to school. Going up the Junction.

This was way too much fun. Minus the fact that I don't have the glasses anymore.

Straight down Gleason Lake Road.

Here is the one that I like better. I might have to delete the other one... maybe.

Edit- I deleted it. I thought it was disgusting... it was just another version of this- the "auto tint/color correction", it was the same picture, just... wrong.

Fun with apature settings. Just put the shutter time a little higher... and had some fun.

Rooftop skies.

I remember this night. The snow on the ground. I can't remember if it was still falling, or had stopped. One of the first times out for the snow shots. I went to touch it up, but failed. It looked horrible when I tried to change it- so here it is. Once again, untouched in its beauty.

Just in case you want a sunset...

I did a touch up, but then thought it wouldn't be the same. It wouldn't be a sunset anymore. So here it is, no tweaks at all.

My Winter skyline.

"...you're my blue sky, you're my sunny day..."

Right near central. Trees... before the green starts to come in. Thought I'd do 3 to catch up- since I deprived everyone of my shots... here ya go.

Outside Howie G's on a nice, warm, sunny day.

Back to the frozen lake. If you look at the grass you can see some raised footprints... interesting...

Another morphed shot. No photoshot tricks. Just quality photography. I'll cut you guys in soon enough. I'm working toward that daily update idea. Maybe I'll get there. The backdrop turned out well. It doesn't quite reflect what I was seeing orignally, but it worked out nicely.

Thought about getting a picture up. Just because. You'll hear about how I got this picture (along with others) later. It gave the shot such an awesome effect.

Alright, so I found the motivation to put 2 more up. Back down in the lake, once again using the clouds. I remember watching this sunset from start to finish- it was awesome. Definately looking forward to summer for the lake life again.

If anyone remembers the shot of the water tower (http://photos1.blogger.com/img/58/2817/1024/EPclouds.jpg) this is the same parking lot I took it in. The clouds just worked out that night.

I'm thinking about starting a new thing, with ever weekely post or so- I'll put my favorite of the bunch out front. Reason I chose this one this week is because I loved it. I'm not sure it I just drove in, or it was my brother that just drove out- but the tracks were a couple inches deep into the snow we had. The exposure also made it seem a little more sureal by adding all the light. It was a nice touch. Sorry I only put five up, I should have the other 2 (to make 7 a week) up tomorrow, since it's getting kinnda late and I'm dead tired.

Awesome night for photography on that night. The snow was still comming down as I took this one- which is right in front of my house- it was awesome.

A shot from my nightstand... right before New Orleans actually... I liked how it brought out the bright accents. You can even see my powerbar in blue if you look closely.

Back from December I think. Snowy wet morning around 640... everything is better when wet.

Blue winter sky back from... January? My backyard... now the lake is water again- Just thawed today.

Another week, another update. Some of the shots on here are less than my standards... but that's alright. My internet went out, so I decided to just touch up a group of pictures at random, and saw how it worked out. Some good some bad. Here's one from Oak Point again, flag at half for a group of marines in Iraq.

Back in New Orleans, right down the rails. One of my favorites from "N'awlins"

Face out of oak point, you can even see my shadow.

Yet another random shot. This one I thought was better than the others, just a look at others at the hill.

I had another shot like this if you remember. I think it was back in january or feb, it's only about 20 feet from where this one was. Reminds me of how winter is gone. It was nice having all my winter shots... the snow, the clear sky...

Another "not cut up to what it should be" shot. Oak point front doors looking outside in.

To tell you the truth, this shot didn't turn out how I wanted it to. It was one of my random shots that didn't quite work out... I didn't really mind since my internet was out, so I tweaked about 10 shots or so.

Here's one from Eden Prarie again. Funny story behind this. After I took this picture/ran, I was sitting at the corner waiting for the stoplight to turn, doing the classic little streches, jogging in place, kicking my legs. Then I see a guy at the stoplight looking at me from his car. I look up at the light, it's green, back to the guy, light, guy, then I look up at the light and point it out to him. He seemed a little mad... made me laugh a little though.

A shot from my lake again. It's starting to thaw out now, no more winter, no more ice, no more lake shots
