The snow's all gone... I miss it.

Waiting outside for Queen with Paul Rodgers, the concert was quite a memorable experience.

I have a couple more inside... despite the prohibition of cameras, I'd say rebel without a cause, but I had one. Rebel... with a cause?

Strong Color

Older shot that I'm pretty sure I posted.
More recent, it's part of a project I'm doing on psychology (tied with this other shot of it nearby) dealing with Prejudice and Discrimination.

Somewhat of a double-entendre in an artistic/photographic sense.

Weak Color

Midnight sunrise....not really, I wish.

One of my photoblog buds, Calvin @ Central Living, always manages to catch my eye with that darkened framing and somewhat dimmed color.

Mine wasn't quite as pre-process as his usually are, but here's my attempt.
Quite honestly, I'm really happy how it turned out.

A fresh coat of snow makes everything look better.

Thought I'd throw up a double post for missing since Monday. Unfortunatelly , the week didn't really follow the frighteningly optimistic attitude I wanted a post or two ago... it continued off the mood of the picture I hoped I could dump my thoughts with-- I digress.

Took this one after the beautifully snowy day we had Monday. I can't express how much this shot is belittled by the size. I'm very happy with how this turned out.

Feathered Frost; I know Ana at Shutterfly did one like this a while ago-- I think the same day or maybe the day before I took this one.

Tomorrow is another day... unlike today. Even though roads were torn to hell this morning, and I got stuck getting in and out of my driveway four times, the snow was awfully beautiful and soothing today. (Not to mention it fueled a two hour photo escapade.)

I'm frighteningly optimistic about tomorrow; good things are bound to come soon.

Those indeed are the pies I made for Pi Day (The mathematical expression: 3.14 i.e March 14th). Does this make me a little nerdy... I guess so-- maybe that's a judgment call. Doesn't much matter to me what you think either way... I still have pie.

Steppin' on out into a little B&W play. Still trying to toy with and expand some ideas... Likewise with the self portrait. Hopefully I'll manage to get a "Man behind the lens" shot that I'd like enough to throw up here-- no promises.

Scattered Lights

I really wish I could tell you who this is, but I don't know. It's nobody blatently famous, but I like the picture.

I don't know why, but I just felt like the light just complemented the picture... somehow; I guess I just liked how it came together.
